Terms of service
1. GENERAL TERMS
- Payment has to be upfront via PayPal, Stripe or Wise.
- Revisions are accepted on up to 3 phases of the work (sketch->shading->refining). Changes should not be too complex as to not drastically increase the work amount.
- The deadline is set 4 months from the date of payment, unless it's a rush order or mentioned otherwise.
- You can cancel the commission and request a refund of 50% of the total price at the first revision (sketch). After that point, no refunds will be possible except if the artist is at fault for missing the deadline.2. GENERAL-USE RIGHTS
As the commissioner, you can print the artwork for your own use, publish it on your socials and display it as a profile picture as long as I'm credited. All rights related to the commission cannot be resold to a third-party or used in the context of NFT or AI.3. NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
The artist is authorized to livestream and publish publicly the commission and work-in-progress. If you wish to keep it private, a non-disclosure agreement is required. NDA lasts for a period of 2 years.4. COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
If you opt for a commercial plan, you will be authorized to use the commission for monetization purposes such as promotional materials (streaming assets, book covers, posters, ..) or merchandise (keychains, mousepads, prints, ..). The artist also has the rights to distribute the commission for commercial purposes.
