📜Terms of service

PAYMENT
Payment should be upfront via PayPal, Stripe or Wise. The quoted price includes all applicable taxes and transaction fees.REVISIONS
Commissions with revisions gives you up to 3 opportunities to provide direct commentary and request changes you would like to see in the artwork (during the sketch, color and polish phases).DEADLINE
The deadline is set to 4 months after payment. If more time is required, I will let you know in advance.
If you would like to receive the commission at an earlier date, a rush-order fee might be asked based on my availability.REFUNDS
Cancellations made before the coloring phase are eligible for a 50% refund.
After that, no refunds will be possible unless I'm fully responsible for failing to meet the agreed deadline.
If, during exchanges, the client stops responding for a period of 30 days, the project may be terminated with no possibility of a refund.PRIVACY
As the artist, I have the rights to share the commission and work-in-progress on my social media and on my stream.
If you would like to keep it private, a non-disclosure fee might be asked based on the level of confidentiality (+25 to 50%).
Works can be kept private for a maximum duration of 2 years.PERSONAL USE
Commissions for personal-use can be printed and posted online (please credit me). Reselling the commission, using it for NFT or AI is not permitted under any circumstances.COMMERCIAL USE
For monetized projects such as merchandise, covers, or promotional use, an additional fee is required.
• for Promotional use as a brand asset (banner, key visuals..) : +50%
• for Merchandise use (t-shirt, prints, stickers..): +150%
Organic social media posts, VTuber model and character designs can be used for their intended purposes without requiring additional fees as long as I'm credited.
Commercial rights are non-exclusive unless agreed prior.

A dated copy of this document will be attached to the commission invoice.
