PAYMENT
Upfront via PayPal, Stripe or Wise.REVISIONS & DEADLINE
Up to 3 feedback rounds are included (sketch→ color→ polish); however, major changes may incur an extra fee.
The default deadline is 4 months after payment, unless otherwise agreed.REFUNDS
Cancellations made before the coloring phase are eligible for a 50% refund.
After that, refunds are not possible unless I am fully responsible for missing the agreed deadline.
If there is no response from the client for over 30 days, the project may be cancelled without refund.USAGE
For personal use, you may print and post the artwork online with credit.
Resale, NFT, or AI use is not permitted.PRIVACY
I may share the art and process online or on stream.
If you wish to keep the commissioned work private or undisclosed, an additional fee (+30-50%) applies depending on the level of confidentiality.COMMERCIAL USE
For monetized projects (such as merchandise, song covers, or promotional use), please inquire about a commercial plan.
Commercial rights are non-exclusive unless otherwise agreed.
• Promotional use: +50% of the base price
• Merchandise / physical goods: +150% of the base price
• Social media use: free upon request and with proper credits
